LYC: I just put my pork roast in the oven.


[Note: not a euphamism.]


I'm trying a new recipe this year. I got a three-pound roast, and I made a wet rub of olive oil, sage, and rosemary. After rubbing down the roast, I wrapped it in six strips of thick-sliced pepper bacon, and I'm going to slow roast it for three hours.
