oooh...you could also slice it up with onions and mushrooms. Put it in a big foil pack with some butter and the spice of your choice...

we usually use a cajon-y type spice. You can either bake the pack, or throw it right on the grill. They get softer the longer you bake...so cook to your personal taste. Yummmy.
