last five years? not really. Perhaps some of the earlier Walking Dead (7 years old now) will continue crazy growth....

Some of the variants will.
It's to early in the game to see if Nonplayer will hold it's value
the market has really changed for the better int he last few years, it's less about being a collectable (though there will always be some aspect to it.) than it is about stories....
