Time Warner can't win this one. When the little ones can't see Dora and Diego, the phone calls will flood the cable company, not Viacom HQ. And Viacom has a perfect excuse... "We just want the consumers to keep paying reasonable rates. Time Warner wants you to pay 20% higher rates!"
