Play it totally towards the guys until you are "accepted" then segue into the target girl in a way by now bringing her into the play. (Magic tricks supposedly work well here. Think: Impress the guys, but stimulate the girl because she's a part of the trick.)

Eventually, peal the girl off fromt he crowd, which by now shouldn't be too much trouble because you've essentially become "one of the guys".

Step Three: Profit.
