Sweet. Andrew Knowlton is going to pass on my Top Chef idea to Tom Collicchio

This weekend is Vegas Uncorked, a major food weekend. Andrew was MC'ing the talk by the 3 local LV food critics this morning, and I told him my idea that the chefs should bring something with them as the first quickfire challenge. Something that takes a few weeks to do because the show is focussed on them doing fast things. This would show several levels of skills that do not normally show up on the show, as well as possibly delve the chef's history/ethnic backround.
