OK, who wants to help me with my resume? :) Right now I'm trying to fill out the 'Professional Skills' section, and I want to rephrase: Self-Direction

I was leaning towards "Self-Directed Development", but I wonder if that's not informative enough.

Professional Skills:
- Working in a team
- Self-Directed Development
- Project Management
- Meeting deadlines and completing deliverables for Agile sprints
- Customer support

It needs to communicate "Being able to interpret vague project requirements, create a plan of action, get sign-off, and subsequently implement the plan in a timely manner with little supervision".
