With a national c-section rate at right about 30% (to say nothing of what may or may not be happening with inductions), if your organization really has a rate such as the one indicated by your statistics, you should shout it to the world. I am NOT question your numbers. I know that when calculating an average, there are those below the average just as there are those above the average (that's why it's an average... duh!) But your numbers are very special indeed. Some hospitals/doctors will refuse to deliver vaginally in most any circumstance. I think that what your organization is doing is very special.
