LYC: They are introducing paid parking in our downtown core. The dealine for this has justed been pushed back for the fifth (5th) time!!!

This time its something thats out of their control (the Pay and Display machines need a certain part of Japan thats been delayed due to the earthquake), but its not going to generate any credibility for what is already a complaint from residents and businesses.

Responses:

They are planning to increase our downtown parking days (to inlcude Sunday), time (from 6 to 8 pm) and rates (varies, up to $4/hr.) - psilotum May 13, 07:27
