I can get a Fascinate for $9.99 and keep my grandfathered plan with the 15 dollars for unlimited data. To compare a used iphone is $120 and a used droid x is $70.
The Fascinate has the froyo update.

I have no problem with used/recertified if they cover it with warranties similar to new devices. Dell does a great job of this in their Outlet - oblique May 13, 08:18 13
