I'm fairly confident that most of the cast aren't thinking that.

I would be surprised if any of them wanted their current show to be canceled a season shy of the important 100 episode mark just so they could go through pilot season again.
If any of them want the show canceled, and I'm guessing that number is very small if not 0, they think they can move on to a successful movie career. Most are probably happy to have a steady gig.
