...are his tales about working with TV executives, as a guy who's gone through multiple pilot seasons. He reminds us that even if we were celebrities and working in California as TV stars, we'd *still* have to deal with incompetent management, forced to accept criticism and suggestions from people who are quite clearly ignorant, and watching your vision and work be corrupted by redundant levels of middle management before it even gets to the final decision makers.
