It was only a matter time, I suppose. I spend a lot of time in my school's Business and CS computer lab doing my homework. I just walked in and noticed three rows of computers cordoned off for some reason and not running. This left one row of the good computers (the ones running the latest Windows). So, I logged into a station next to some dude, and then put down my bag/jacket to get settled in. I looked at my chair as I was about to sit down, and dude's hand was on my arm rest. I looked at the guy and I said "Hey, what's up?"
He said, "Oh," took his hand off the arm rest, and seemed to go back to whatever he was doing at his station. I sat down and took out my book and thumb drive, etc. and noticed he kept extending his right hand in my direction, as if he was stretching it. I have a problem in my right elbow, and sometimes do things like that, so thought little of it. Then he touched my chair twice. I turned and looked at him to see what was up and he ignored me.
So I was sitting there thinking "Okay, either I am going to say something, or I am going to use the presence of this creep to motivate me to finish my homework faster!" Yes, I actually considered this. I went on about my business. I checked my email. Dude got up and started making his way toward the door. As he was walking away, he touched me on my back. I said, "Hey" but he was already out the door when I turned around.
When people leave their seats like that while leaving their stuff behind, they are either A) going to take a break at the vending machines/have a smoke or B) going to the bathroom. He went in the direction of the bathroom.
I am now seated at another station.
