All of the points are different, so if you've got everything memorized then you're in trouble. But all of the WW materials use the new points, so if you're using the old system you won't be able to use listed points numbers because they are probably way too high.

if you're using packaged foods with points, it may be easier; but the old way made it easier to estimate, once you'd been doing it for a while. -- nm - b! May 15, 17:34 1
