2300 is pretty steep compared to Europe, 4 bedroom houses here let out for 1400 to 1600 US dollars a month and you can smoke like a mofo.
What you should do is advertise one room at a time, charge 150 a week, so that you're renting per head rather than the apartment. Fill 4 rooms you got 600 per week, 2400 a month with 2-3 days of every month contributing to their rental debt in the ensuing week. You gain those extra days in rental income by charging on a weekly basis. 600 per week times a theoretical 52 weeks assuming full occupancy is 31200 pa versus your monthly rate of 27600. Something to consider, or ignore, depending on your circumstances/viewpoint.
