How was Plastic Rory resolved?

The real Rory was killed and replaced by the Nesteen Consciousness with a Living Plastic duplicate that holds Rory's consciousness?

And that Living Plastic Rory watched over the Pandorica for 2000 years?

And that's the Rory we have today?

So how can that Rory be the father of Amy's child? Influence of the TARDIS?

And does Rory still have the hand guns?
