If I were to guess, I'd say because all the ingredients are really fresh, and you get to choose your toppings. I get lettuce, tomato, fried onion rings, pickles, and ketchup.
They cook them right there, and the meat is really good. Plus their fries are fresh cut (literally sometimes minutes before they put them in the fryer, and they're fried in peanut oil).
Basic stuff that's really good.
