Screwing up an interrogation won't affect the overall storyline, just might give you a little extra work to do when solving that particular mission.
This is good news, as I am one of those people who had to go back and explore every single possible storyline in those choose-your-own-adventure books, so I would have spent way too much time obsessing on the interrogations if choosing answers ended up affecting the whole game.
