The captain finds pot paraphernalia in the engine room and calls the cops. The cop meets them at the dock, but Jake jumps off before the ship's tied off and just walks past the cop. The cop tracks him to the airport and searches him and questions him. In the end Jake refused to take a drug test and since the stuff wasn't found on him or in his stateroom they can't arrest him. So Jake singlehandedly ruins the CM's season and smugly flies off to the mainland knowing he can do whatever the hell he wants, screw the consequences.
Josh is going to have to grow the fuck up and take his brother to task or the CM's going to go belly up.
