I am in such bad shape that I'm sure Wii Fitting will help me a lot, even if I don't drop a lot of weight, ya know?
Responses:
I had trouble with it because it was more "eastern" focused and less cardio-type exercises. I'm hoping the Outdoor Challenge game works better for me -- nm
