can I recommend a non Wii game: Uno Flash - it is amazingly fun for an Uno game

you have to hit your buzzer when you lay a card down - it then randomly selects the next player - if you are not paying attention and you do not lay a card down or draw - it buzzes at you and then you have 2 more to pick up. You can play a draw 4 but it tells you who has to pick it up.
the slap cards ARE HILIARIOUS.
