I was just recently looking to frame a 11 x 14 pic and the prices were unreal.

Around $100+ if you need to get the frame made. I was lucky and was able to find a frame with matting but it was a rather cheap frame. I wasn't all that happy with it.

It's worth spending the money if it's a nice picture.
