adjust it's thinking on what is a violation and what actually damages the game.

At this point college teams are just farm teams for the NFL. The only people not making money are the players and most of them never will make money playing football.

I'd like it if they actually left school with the knowledge their degree says they should have, but I think that's as unrealistic a wish as the NCAA wishing players didn't get special favors.
