From B2 for Kelly......Your meeting could be a "Planning Workshop for 2009"......

Our office has one every year in the first two weeks. Its to set out priorities and goals for the year. Everyone is supposed to come with information about what happened in 2008 and what we can do to make 2009 better. Our is a full day.

I recommend that you come with "what happened in 2008" for your responsibilities and how things can be improved for 2009. Since you are still relatively new, you could get brownie points by looking prepared and contributing positive recommendations for your department :)

And of course I could be very wrong too with the purpose of your meeting :P
