Nah, I just have a pretty good idea of what it takes to do 200 situps.

at my best, 3minutes, 15 seconds.

Lay on you back, anchor your feet and basically will yourself to a sitting position, you can do 200 of those in 30 minutes.

it's not nearly the same exertion level as 100 pushups, even if you're out of shape.
