Anyone using IE9? Anyone having problems with ?Flash? - for example Cityville in Facebook, the ad at the top of the YouTube page?

When I start Cityville in Facebook, it pops up but the game is offset to the top left of the screen and it blinks on and off. To play the game though I need to click on the spot on the screen where it would normally be (which is not where the game actually is on the screen). I also noticed some ads, like the main ad on YouTube jumps to the top left of the screen as well. I wasn't sure if Cityville and the ads were Flash.
