Inigo, I don't mind the time spent going from exercise to exercise on WF when I'm picking the longer durations.

A break in between boxing for 10 minutes and "jogging" for 13 is not bad.
It's when the exercises last a minute that the 30-second break gets to be a bit much.

The push-up to side-plank exercise is tough the first time, but I did get 100 points for it this morning. -- nm

Sometimes you don't have a choice - if you want to do *any* of the yoga or strength exercises, for example. -- nm
