the condenser oustide isnt frozen over (i went out and checked, that happend to me 2 years ago).

when the stuff inside started up about 4 hours ago, it sounded like some metal bits fell, it was loud.

its running like normal, but it just cannot cool down the air.

I already called in a complaint, but I am not sure if I should make it into an emergency call.
