Agreeance......Like even a $10 gift certificate is better. I agree that it is volunteer, but dont take advantage of your volunteers...

Heck even a small plaque would be appreciated.
I have done a lot of volunteer work over time and while I know that no gift would ever come close to the time and money I contribute, let me at least feel appreciated.
