police believe that an underage murder victim was at an Indian casino before her murder. there's no direct physical evidence that the victim was at the casino, but strong circumstantial evidence.
casino president says that they don't keep the security tapes, and are in all other ways not willing to cooperate.
police learn that, because it's an indian casino, they need a federal search warrant will take a week or more to obtain.
meanwhile, the police notice the atms, which are owned by the banks, not the casino.
they get a search warrant for the atm video within 24 hours.
the videos plainly show the murder victim.
will the video from the amts speed up getting the search warrant for the casino?
