I'm told I need to lower by LDL and the best approach is fiber. I'm thinking pills like Fibercon. Opinions on this?

A eat oatmeal, bran 'bars' or just sprinkle a little oat bran on stuff you make, 'bulk' oat bran is dirt cheap

I find pills to be a pain because you have to have a lot. The powder is more convenient. Also, try eating more fruits and vegetables. -- nm
