A eat oatmeal, bran 'bars' or just sprinkle a little oat bran on stuff you make, 'bulk' oat bran is dirt cheap

which is fair since that's what it tastes like hahhahahaa....but fiber in a pill is $$$

also if you can stand it, niacin pills wring it out of you (to me even a tiny bit makes my face burn and turn red like 12 hours on the beach.)
