That's the argument to have, if I need. My mother called to pre-certify me when I was in the ER.

They told her since it's an emergency, it's considered in-network.
I don't know if that counts for the pathologist, who analyzed the GB post-surgery though. I'm pretty sure the rest of the folks I'm good for.
