This sandwich is good! Hey, had to get that comment out of the way.
I was gonna say, this was something of an experience, so the name of the truck is apt.
I got the cheesesteak with Cheez Wiz and grilled onions (a.k.a. "'Wiz, wit'"), Herr's dill pickle flavored potato chips, and Tastykake Butterscotch Krimpets.
The sandwich: The meat, bread, cheez wiz and onions are all good, and go well together. I'm wowed. I think I could eat the bread and Wiz by themselves as a meal, they're really tasty together.
The chips must be a Philly-centric brand, we don't have that brand here. I liked.
Will have the Tastykake (also, something I've never tried) shortly.

mmm, Herr's. IIRC, there was an episode of the Office where Jim and Karen were trying to find Herr's Salt and Vinegar chips.
