her: do you moisturize? body butter with shea is a great skin moisturizer, yada yada

Me: I dont use the butter, but I use lotion.

Her: what kind of lotion? Where is it from?

Me: I dont remember the brand, but I bought out at walmart or target or something similar.

Her: OH NO! yeah, I can tell by looking at your skin that it is in very poor condition.(not true!)

Did she honestly think insulting my skin was going to get me to buy more? Pfft.
