They are rebooting the DC Universe. Most titles are restarting at #1. Some events from the past will stay in continuity, some won't

That's the sum total of it.
If you care about the last 70 years of continuity, this bothers you.
If you are interested in being entertained by well told stories then you are intrigued but not yet sold on the concept.
