I find it interesting in the way that one who pirates could point and say "I am paying for it. See. I paid Apple $25/year"

not that that makes a solid argument but it's interesting

if apple can identify pirated material to pay royalties, they should be able to either block it or charge a usurious premium to store it on their clou -- nm
