and my mom is like, oh, the hot tub. it'd been broken for years. the adjuster was like, yeah, but it's still insured. you get a new one.

this had totally not occurred to us.

and it doesn't count as like, contents of the house. it's a completely separate thing.

hot tubbing at the new boyce manor. oh yes.
