enforce it from the minors, by the time these guys get to the majors, they shouldn't need time to get ready.

Hell, I'd love to see it dropped to 15 seconds.

And if I see 6 lazy pickoff moves, I'm going to call a balk on the next one just for shits and giggles.

Pitch the fucking ball or try to actually get the out. If you need to play catch with your 1B, find an off day.
