I agree - Cee-Lo and Adam have great teams, though there is definitely some talent on Christina and Blake's teams. I'm annoyed (maybe too strong a word) that everyone judge seemed to go generally gender-balanced for their top 8, except Christina who was clearly only really interested in women.
Beverly is very good, but her showiness still annoys me. There's a cockiness to her that annoys me a bit - and every song does not have to end with that 'hoooooooo' she does. But will never ague her talent, she's got a hell of a voice and is comfortable on a stage.
I liked Patrick more during the Maroon 5 group performance. Preferred him with that style of music, actually. I think he could own that and spread past country. (I also think he looks 100 times hotter sans cowboy hat, so I might be biased)
I'm so sick of hearing about Jared's six kids. Middle-aged Daughtry just isn't that original. But he's good.
Xenia is way to young and nervous - her nerves were still palpable on stage during her solo performance. And that Jessie J song was just boring on her. Give her a few years.
I still love Frenchie. Have since AI days.
Speaking of screaming - That's all the little girl at the beginning did while singing Blow (Raquel Castro, just looked her up)
Lily Elise was okay, but it's clear (I think) that Beverly and Frenchie are going forward from Christina's team.
I was not as blown away by Dia Framptom's performance as the judges were, but I was very impressed with her talent to change the song around (assuming she really did it herself as they said).
Patrick is clearly going forward from Blake's team. The other spot's a bit of a toss-up between Jared and Dia. If the public takes Patrick, I think Blake takes Dia.
