For me the story was weak and didn't bring me into the game. The city of Vegas isn't as much fun to run around as D.C.

Not enough of a change from Fallout 3. I feel like the only real difference was location and that is one of the things I don't like.
The load times, as lileve mentioned, were annoying as well. Just felt like they rushed it out to have something on the market to satisfy those that were clamoring for more Fallout action.
Hopefully the next one is better developed than the last.
