i'm trying to get to about 20 gallons at a time.. i keep inheriting brew kits that people got years ago and never used, so carboys a-plenty.
just gotta find enough bottles. not ready to invest in kegging.
what's current fermenting?
Responses:
we haven't done more than 5 gallons in a batch. We'd have to buy new equipment.
