we haven't done more than 5 gallons in a batch. We'd have to buy new equipment.

Currently, I know of: Lemon coriander weiss, altbier, ESB, copper ale, an IPA, and I can't remember the other. My friends Andy and Temperance (yes that's her real name) are the head brewers and the brains. I'm the cheap labor and head taster. We use Andy's kitchen and basement, so I can't go down and check what's down there right now.

We call the operation Double Blind Brewery, and have an FB group which you are welcome to join. I believe it's an open group.
