It's on Robert Bell's list. My opinion: If it's a top 10 movie, 2008 was a weak year (link)

It was pleasantly mild. Maybe tried to be a little too smart, too clever by half. Although when you have to pick 10 movies, I guess In Bruges can squeak in there at the bottom.
