the fact that costs have come down now and that they have a new quarter to deal with makes the landscape very different. and when those dec. numbers come in, they will be very weak comparitively.

if they couldn't sell it at a higher price point at xmas, what do they have for the first quarter that's gonna move boxes? being a cheap blu-ray didn't do them squat in q4. the only choice they have to stem the bleeding is to cut the price.
