Here are the guys I see in the majors who were on the board when they picked:

Cole Hamels
James Loney
Denard Span
Jeremy Guthrie
Jeff Francoeur
Matt Cain

So, it's Cole Hamels, Matt Cain and 20 other guys who are no better than what they got. You're not looking at this rationally. You never have.
