Interesting. The Hard Rock chain is owned by the Seminole tribe. I can see this being a problem. -- nm

I'd guess the law only applies on tribal land, not on any businesses outside of that. -- nm

I think they got all the favorable employment laws because the PtB in Washington DC thought it would make them forget about the 150 year old treaties

I believe most if not all do. BUT there could be tribal laws that supercede federal ones. -- nm
