- eggs (i'm lame and use egg beaters), turkey bacon, black beans, salsa (make sure it's got no sugar)
-salad (usually bagged lettuce mixed with some bagged spinach and cucumbers), with chicken, sometimes throwing in beans, dressing is Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar or Balsamic Vinagrette (contains sugar but it's very minimal, i've not noticed it affect anything)
- chicken breast, steam in bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- a concoction I've dubbed taco stir fry: ground beef or turkey (drained), taco seasonings, black beans, package of stir-fry peppers and onions, can of diced tomatoes (drained)
There's other websites out there that suggest various things to eat, but one of the keys to the diet mentioned in the book is to eat the same few meals over and over again. so that 1) you don't go crazy trying to have some variety and snap and go off the diet 2) if you stall, it's easier to make a change
of course, on Sundays, all bets are off :)
