Drink a ton of water. I think I was losing more weight when I pushed a gallon a day, i need to get back on that habit.

For the first couple weeks, I drank no soda at all (except on cheat day, obvie). I went back on the Pepsi Max recently, allowing myself a 20oz a day and not noticed much difference (aspartame is supposedly linked to weight gain, at least according to the book)
