I'm thinking back to the pilot on B2. If your co-worker was a bigot (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.) but didn't let it affect their work, how would you deal with it? Say, if the scenario is he gets off the phone and audibly voices "Man, what an effing (blank)!"

i would take issue with it (and probably say something) because even if it didn't affect my work, it would likely affect those working around him. -- nm
